This seminar is open to adults of any experience level. Pepper spray is one of the most commonly used tools in self defense. It is carried by Law Enforcement officers across the nation. It’s use in self defense situations is widely accepted as an appropriate use of force when people are threatened. Topics covered in this class include the legal implications of carrying and using pepper spray, science of pepper spray OC, deployment, acceptable usage, stance, footwork, verbalization, targeting, intended and unintended effects, and voluntary exposure training. Included in the fee is the Sabre Pepper Gel training kit that comes with keychain pepper gel for self defense and an inert practice training gel. You will use your practice gel on both paper and human targets and come away with the skills, knowledge and techniques needed to defend yourself with irritant aerosols.
